there's this unexplainable friendship between me and elaine, and we both have this weird way of cracking each other up, of being bitchy together and indulging in sinful things today! trust me, elaine sure has a cutsy way when it comes to dogs. u guys missed an awesome display of kawaineiiii today!
so we had sushi tei for lunch - which was fantastic since we havent had it for quite some time! afterwhich we headed back to elaine's pl for her to put her very heavy gym stuff and headed down to vivo city for supposedly shopping and to go to pet safari! i think retail shops are so not for us when we're out together - there seems to be nothing nice to buy and the initial urge to buy something jus isnt there aft a while *shrugs* hehe! the puppy we saw was really cute and elaine was jus behaving all baby with some goo goo gaaa gaaa talk. but im happy to see her jus unwind and be herself, not world weary, not judgemental.. jus focused on the innocence and cuteness of the shar pei pup! =) but then again, who wouldnt jus go -awwww- looking at that cute little pup? heres a pic for you guys to judge!
Cute right? hehe. thats why elaine went all awwww for this little guy! hehe. but hes really expensive, at a steep price of $2.4k :) ah well. and i cant imagine how many folds that little guy has. hehe. so cuteee! hehe, literally, the puppy dog face. haha! but elaine has decided that she wants to get a dog, a companion, a friend for life and her parents have agreed.. :) im feeling happy for her.. but unluckily, this lil pup is a boy and elaine wants a girl. so yeah.. its a cute little shar pei x)
which reminds me of how much J wanted a jack russel but couldnt keep one. we made an agreement that we'd get a jack russel next time if we were to rent an apartment and live together. hehe! and darling already thought of a name for the doggie, Rocky (yes sweetheart, i remember every thing that you say)and also of the bulldog that ive been wanting to get.. tough but really good to its owner. fat little ball! hehe! ;) dogs, theyre jus man's best friends! really!!
and then it was off to find something to buy, clothes and etc. honestly, i think that autumn's collection isnt that fantastic, colours arent that bright and cutting wise its a little off, plus in singapore its really hot.. i guess the only time we wear autumn and winter wear would be during the monsoon seasons?!
we had starbucks and we shared a muffin. its funny how me and elaine wont ever get into fights over food, things i like she doesnt really fancy and vice versa. so you know how much i love the muffin top and she loves the muffin bottom? haha! i ate the top and she ate the bottom and we were both really happy at our sinful indulgence. well, next up would be chocolate banana aights babe? ;) hehe. you know who to call when u need company for worthy calories. ME! :)
elaine also commented on how bitchy she becomes whenever shes with me? is it jus me or jus that birds of a feather flock together? well, cant blame us fer being bitchy. oh pleaseeeeee~
and we had this hatty moment at forever 21. honestly, the hat looks like those at padi fields. haha! and way overpowering for our faces. and also at a steep price of $53 for a hat. wear it if u must for attention. haha!
anyhow, ended up having dinner with elaine's parents at friends at jelita. it was a pretty nice place with pretty decent food at reasonable prices :) i sure wont mind going there again when i need a quiet day. except that the ambience when u look outside the restaurant doesnt really set the mood at times. haha! but lets jus make do with certain things. especially when one's with such good company, it makes everything fall nicely into place!
im sure this wonderful day out with elaine makes my monday really pink instead of the usual blue *yay!* im set for a wonderful new week. bring it on!
insert: im a very ethical individual, but circumstances disallowed that. so here's my confession - when we were at cold storage after dinner, we were going thru the ice cream section and noticed an open box of the new pop walls thingy thats been on advertisements recently, so me and elaine hesistated a lil but ended up taking a pack of 3 out of the box, i mean, its a pack with 3 balls inside. hehe! :P dont spank me, i'd behave. on the bright side, our naughty act was our little dessert! ;)
